Dawg of the Year is an NFL pick-em platform for private leagues and a free national competition. It tracks picks, applies published scoring rules, and shows standings.

You sign in with a verified email link or Google account. Private-league access is limited to emails on that league’s roster. National-competition entry additionally requires a verified mobile number and accurate eligibility information. Don’t sign in as someone else, share an entry, or try to reach a private league you weren’t invited to.

Dawg of the Year does not accept, hold, or process entry fees, deposits, wagers, or buy-ins for the National Championship. Entry is free, no purchase is necessary, and a purchase or payment never improves the chance of winning.

For the National Championship, Dawg of the Year LLC acts as Sponsor and funds the advertised prizes directly for verified winners under the Official Rules. Prize money never comes from entrant payments. If your private league collects a buy-in, that is entirely between its members — arranged, held, and paid out among themselves. The app only records picks and points for private leagues.

Picks lock at published deadlines and are hidden from other players until then. Don’t attempt to view other players’ unlocked picks, submit after a deadline, or otherwise interfere with the app or its data.

The national competition permits one entry per natural person—not one entry per account. Creating entries through additional emails, Google accounts, telephone numbers, devices, or identities is prohibited. Suspicious entries may be reviewed, suspended, or disqualified under the official competition rules.

A potential national-competition winner must verify identity, age, residence, entry ownership, and compliance with the official rules before receiving a prize. False information, duplicate entry, failure to provide requested documentation, or required tax information may result in disqualification or prize forfeiture.

Your commissioner sets the spreads, deadlines, and roster, and can lock or unlock a week. Scoring disputes, buy-ins, and payouts are league matters, decided by your league — not by this app or its author.

The app is provided as-is. It depends on third-party services for hosting, data, and NFL scores, any of which can be wrong, slow, or unavailable. Scores and results shown here are for convenience and may be incorrect — the official result of a game is whatever the NFL says it is.

To the extent the law allows, no liability is accepted for losses arising from use of the app, including missed deadlines, downtime, lost picks, or scoring errors.

You can stop at any time and ask to have your data deleted (see the Privacy Policy). Accounts that abuse the app or break these terms may be removed.

This app isn’t affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League or any team. Team names are used descriptively to identify games.
